FOM INDUSTRIE structured with a view to carrying out all the stages in the production process with the group’s own resources and offering the customer a package including additional and complementary services. More than 400 people are employed by the FOM Group in about 540,000 sq. ft. of new and modern buildings.

The FOM Group is comprised of 10 companies, which include:
- COMALL International, producer of punching machines for aluminum. It completes the group’s range for the frame sector. Established more than twenty years ago, it is a leader in its market niche, having won the trust of a clientele on five continents.
- TEX Computer has succeeded in winning and consolidating a market share, basing its strategy on dedicated software packages, specifically for its target market. TEX Computers CNCs and PLCs are conceived and produced to provide the customer with a powerful, flexible control tool that still offers user-friendly programming.
- PROFTEQ produces machine tools for processing PVC items, a natural area of industrial expansion for FOM INDUSTRIE.
- MAG+ (Riccione-Rimini), maker of automated storage units for long products and lifting systems, the group enhances its supply potential with two important accessories for the frame sector, consistent in its commitment to provide the customer with the most complete, all-inclusive service possible.
- R.I.M., a company with production facility in France and offices in Monte Carlo, which produces assembly benches and systems.
- FST (FOM Software Technology), FOM Group’s Software House. The Company projects and develops software for all Industrial Applications.
